Let's talk,

We all have our own unique experience and needs. My goal is to provide an inclusive and non-judgmental experience that meets you where you are, and helps you get to where you would like to be. Massage can be beneficial both physically and mentally when you can feel truly at ease knowing that you will be supported and understood.

 

Communication and consent are integral throughout treatment. My treatments can include a variety of Swedish techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilization, active and passive stretching, and neuromuscular techniques as well as developing a home care plan that works for you. I tend to keep my techniques slow to maintain control and allow time for feedback from you or your tissues.

 

Ultimately, I aim to empower you to communicate the needs you have with your body, mind, and the interaction with your personal space at any point throughout before, during, or after treatment.
